Daria Hupov is a video editor currently based in Cambridge, UK, employed at DragonLight Films, a local production company. She works on a diverse range of film projects, but specializes in documentary, non-fiction, commercial, and educational content. Some of her clients include Royal Society of Chemistry, Wellcome Connecting Science, Historic England, and Cambridge University.
Daria recently completed work on the feature documentary Six Inches of Soil, which is now screening all around the UK, adding another milestone to her growing portfolio. Originally from Romania, Daria moved to the UK to study, graduating in 2019 with a first in BA (Hons) Film and Television Production at Anglia Ruskin University.
Outside of work, her interests lie in all stages of film production, especially writing, directing, and producing. In her free time, she’s on a mission to create music videos for local artists while plotting her next Polaroid camera purchase for her ever-expanding instant photography collection.
